Why my blood pressure so high at age 25?

I studied this some already. I do not smoke, I am often stressed, hypertension short and heavy in my family. I know I have all those who are against me. but I eat very healthy (many vegetables) and I'm not on weight and exercise and I'm only 24. I looked the bp at work today and it was 183/112. I checked four days ago and it was 163/107. a week ago and it was 152/119. and these readings were taken when I was all relaxed, bored and curious. I take one of those electronic bracelets cuff monitors. I know I should quit but that does not happen soon. I go to the doctor? Should I worry?

You should go to the doctor for that. There are too many reasons for hypertension to get advice on Yahoo. You may need medication. My sister of 22 years was placed only in the medicine of the PA.
