So I joined Colorguard and teaches us the basics of ballet. I am really saying good at it. Cojo quickly and have a natural talent. but my ankles are really weak and when I go to Socorro to continue to give IV and already sprained ankle two times. stand a good ankle support? I have weak ankles, but action karate, ballet. I wear a corset, and allows, if the mine gives some support better than this … Long if I use a personal preference. That seems a bit short for me. Although I do not know what you do in the ballet, but in karate, we tend to bounce a lot of rhythm in the match, has to balance having fun, and make all kinds of exercises for foot speed. Guess that in some areas, are somewhat similar. You also can start to wear shoes that are higher, to help outside of class, if you have not already. Ballet should also help strengthen your ankles and so on, and will probably improve over time. Good luck!
