What type of pillow is best to keep my neck and stop getting a sore neck?
Im sick of having a pain in the neck coz are too soft and NOT the support of my neck, which are filled with polyester fiber, suggestions as to what are the best pillows for neck support and feel comfortable?
Use this type of call butterfly pillow has a good support for the neck. Or in a small wooden table under the pillow to provide normal strongly supported.
