Can a headache neck problem that causes high blood pressure?

I have spinal stenosis, cervical radiculopathy and disk herniated. PT After stopping the drive (my insurance stopped paying). I started getting intense headaches. Now my blood pressure is very high and my doc 160/110 said he is pain. The pain of their cause BP to go well?

If the pain can cause b / p and pulse rising. high b / p also can cause you pain head. I would try to go see a chiropractor.
