RIP knife or hole / tear in my 5mm wetsuit New Photos included.?

I have a 5mm wetsuit new Quicksilver 150 pounds recently, and after my second use of it, I found a small hole about an inch long on the side of the leg where the tibia is a combination to be, not points suture. I've never seen a nail hole in a wetsuit and do not see how the nails may have a hole of 5 mm neoprene, while continuing to cut (and my nails of the feet). I think my brother may be damaged with a knife because he did things like that other members of the family clothing, etc. having problems recently received with the police.
