How can two continue to rise?

HMS I hypermobility syndrome, my body can not produce adequate collogues connective tissue (ligaments and tendons) around my joints is low. My main problem is my right shoulder and dislocated his thumb. I wear braces to support the wrists and feet, and a shoulder neoprene support. What if something happens during a promotion? How I can continue to climb in knowing what can happen? I LOVE both up and working as an instructor of outdoor summer therefore need to free aid. Any suggestions plz? Are there other ways to protect my joints, while climbing?
