Night Splint Plantar

someone please help, i dont know what to do!?
i just got “diagnosed” with plantar facitiits about 2 weeks ago and the pain is insane
ive had teh prob for like 1 year and a half
it feels like the bottom of my foot is literally gonna rip apart
its llike realllllllllyyyyyy bad ripping and birning pain
teh doctor said before we discuss surgery, we want to try different things
so he told me to get super feet, and i did
and i feel like its making it worse
he also told me to get night splints but i cant find them anywhereeeee
i ice my feet but it doesnt help, i relax and dont do anything, it doesnt help, i take all diff kinds of medicine, it doesnt help
so basicly NOTHING HELPS
does anyone have any ideas to help the pain
im sooo sick of it
and should i keep wearing the super feet in my shoes if i feel like its making it worse??

what dr. h20 said, plus try to stay off of your feet as much as possible (weekends are good for this) for a few days. Also do some exercises where you stretch you foot by putting a rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot, and pull it back toward your knee. Don’t wear shoes without arch support, like most flip-flops.
