Is it possible to become a trauma nurse right college?

I work to become an EMT at this time because I work emergency medicine and nursing school visit a year to become an RN. Because I want to be involved in emergency medicine, I want to become a trauma nurse. Is this possible right from college or are generally the promotion of people inside?

You may work in the ED right after to obtain the nursing school. Some hospitals prefer you have experience, however, I just finished nursing school in December, and two people graduated with me that I engaged in a trauma center level one. So, yes. Good luck!
