Looking for suggestions stethoscope (sounds, S3/S4, whispers, etc.)?

I received a scholarship and decided I want to get a stethoscope contingency New Clinical Nursing. I am currently using a $ 10 allheart Sprague But the test tube, it is very difficult to hear low frequency sounds. I have also trouble hearing the apical pulse in patients with COPD.
