High blood pressure or tight?

I bought a house and my blood pressure readings vary Omron 155/80-140/76. The cuff is tightened my arm to the point where it hurts and leaves marks on it. Do I need a larger cuff closure or normal? So how many points you can leave my blood pressure a bracelet with my size?
