What can my doctor for my knee to bend?

I had a new knee investment in 2009, had three MVP in 2010, my doctor, my knee was opened in all the scar tissue removed. I was eight weeks of PT, the knee does not bend, my doctor would give me another MVP, All X-rays showed that my there is nothing wrong with the knee. Should I get a second opinion? RD does not say anything else to do, "said PT scar tissue is there to prevent double. What should I do? please help.

I do not know what is MVP, but if the doctor put under anesthesia can be manipulated to try to break the scar tissue. If it is open to clear scar tissue, it is probably not going to work.
