Preventing knee pilots with the support of the band?
I have a case of runners knee, I wondered what band support you recommend? I throw the ball (riders band), a thin strip below the knee .. well. I see people with the tape covering the knee .. everything okay? And the group that covers leg, but with the projection of the knee open? What do you recommend?
