How do you fix a flat arch in the foot?

I have a flat arch in his right foot to be supported. It's causing trouble walking, which began to affect my right knee. I have a condition called spastic cerebral palsy. The condition is mild, but I think that is the main cause of the problem. I'm looking for options to increase the arc, or artificially by the use of a corset, or exercising, or both. What are your suggestions? What solutions have been "helped" that in the past? What solutions are "damage" in the past? What are the costs for a custom made orthotics? Are there any exercises I can do to restore the arch support? Do you have any idea who can help?
