Orthotic Heel That

orthopedic inserts. Will they affect you?
My shoes wear unevenly on the outside of the heel. I said I have even been a very slight limp. I've never had problems with pain or anything, but I hope that is inserted anyway, so do not send "gimp" vibes to the people (in other words, you could feel that my approach is not right and I am a semi-final or something .. . Thanks.) Can screw legs? Could benefit from some strengthening exercises instead …
Orthotics are awesome:) but have problems with the feet first. If you only have to leave
