Orthotics works for me, but you have to do it correctly. If you have this problem than having a proper fit, why not try the other way? Going with the brace cheap generic designed for most people. I recommend Spenco orthotic. It is a yellow / green box, braces are a carpet of green felt colors. Cost $ 20-30, but it works well. Once your feet feel better and stronger, start to buy orthopedic shoes a better society. Those whom you have had so far not matter.
