Orthotic Inserts Insoles

I have new shoes, I take the original insoles and replace them with my orthotics?
I'm to buy new running shoes and I put my orthotics in my shoes that I have to run on the old new shoes. I realized my original shoes had already removed the plants. I'm doing same with my new shoes? (Sorry if this is unclear)
Yes sure. The default soles fit all, which are supposedly theirs made for you. Go custom if you can make your life much easier. Keep the old plant in case of embargo.
