Can anyone recommend shoes that MA would be good for someone with a chronic plantar fasciitis?

(Basically you should have a moderate amount of arch support integrated, or the ability to remove the shoe so that I can insert my own custom-made key.)

Interestingly, I had this done few months. Luckily as I was very uncomfortable and disabling (Lots of stretching and massage of feet). You'll have trouble finding a pair of martial arts meet their basic principle that should be unobtrusive, light and grip. I suggest trying to find the wrestling boots. They will give you the flexibility and support they need and that are as unobtrusive as it can be. Reebok shoes I use to struggle, but if I try to Adidas, Asics or Ottomix (sp?). Adidas may be the best in to the sole. Whereas Ottomix are made for the martial arts. Hope that helps
