knee pain (from overprotonation?)?

I developed plantar fasciitis a few months ago, I did some research and know the cause and symptoms of PF was not until a while and discovered that no magic cure for all PF. Treatment involves a combination of rest, ice, stretching, exercise and a good support shoe / shoes / orthotics. A much more complex than expected. Despite my efforts of my PF have come and gone, but had improved lot. Recently, these couples of days, I realized that my right knee started to hurt the intense activity is like a burning sensation right at the kneecap. I the pain has something to do with my PF and mismanaged my flat feet. What kind of specialist will be able to solve problem? Or if anyone else has experienced something similar could give me some advice?

If it hurts, no doubt because fasciitis and flat feet planted, because even if you can not see, chances are walking in different. And even a small change can throw your body out of order.
