foot problem.?

I have a pain in my left foot in the arch falls sometimes. Redishbruise I have one inside my foot about an inch above the highest point of my bow the size of a quarter or more. I have a couple from time to time, but I have to remove most of the time because it is very tight, otherwise it help us much. I think I need something to keep the bow down, like bracing, but things are too expensive. What I can do? I'm trying to get a piece wood and do an insert with him! I received the inserts, but all they do is add cushions and do not really support my arches. There seems to be something there, probably because it would be easy to sell to a wide range of people.
