Shubunkin is sick and sitting on the tank. do not move much.?

I have two pairs or Shubunkin. Shubunkin in my tank sits in the morning DONT and swim a lot. She did not move Ehen giving you. but that's for sure he is alive. some do Always let the other fish come to him / her esp. Spiece other sharks as money. My Shubunkin is approx. 3-4 inches. A few days ago my fish suffering white spot. but I have dealt with my dealer after a few animals household. PMC gave. salt and a little color Purpel med. I put both in the tank and turning on the heater overnight. Now the white spots are gone from my fish and all are doing well, except one Shubunkin. u can tell me what's wrong with my fish and how men and women identiify in it?

What size tank and how are the water conditions? Do you have a filter?
