Then, a double mattress size extra long time twice normal?

I just bought a double mattress extra long feathers to sell my dorm bed, but my housing assignment arrived yesterday and I have not had a big bed, just double standered. I could still fit into the mattress, even inches if some courses at each end of the bed? Has anyone tried it? Thanks for the help.

In fact, I tried it myself from college and was a struggle, but I'm on the button the only extra-long bed. The only problem is that it can be a touch harsh.
