Pain Treatment

Is there a treatment for pain and heavy body, unable to think and rise in temperature in the body after sex?
I am facing physical pain, joint pain, unable to think, picked up the body heat and drowsy during seven days after sex. These symptoms gradually decrease after three days and become well after 7-8 days. These symptoms indicate POIS (post orgasmic illness syndrome) according to an article in www.nakedscience.com. Does anyone know of treatment for this problem? Thanks for your help as you say.
all I can say is, please check if a doctor ewwwwwww if uu arent dat poor can not afford to see one?
