How delicious Chinese vegetable sauce and shrimp?

I just skipped a few leaves Chinese Pak Choi. Our Similar local Chinese vegetables in a beautiful, opaque smooth sauce. I think it's something like thickened with corn flour values. I do not know what is fact, but must be simple. I watered mine sauce oysters, but this is not what I wanted. Anyone know what and how?
