Osgood Schlatter Help?

I was told I had Osgood-Schlatter disease in the summer after sixth grade. Now I'm in grade 9 and still does not disappear. I've been in physical therapy for weeks for this two different times in two different places, it was during the football season for a reason and then when it started Basketball became a wink and I felt hurt more IVE talked to the doctors and everyone but nothing works Fricken IVE knee and tried that stuff and he calls a cho pat strap. none of this works is not helping ice, and is not basketball stretching and lifting of daily im football team I can not bear and I will do something to make it disappear is the time for surgery? that the only option left? What I can do to eliminate or afford to play sport with him? Im trying to endure and endure the pain, but not more. my knee is collapsing on me? Help !!!!!!!!!!!!
