There is no physical contact. You can not treat injuries (regardless of size) unless a qualified first aider or medical error. This is another example of political correctness gone wrong. If you treated everyone equally with respect and love (which everyone should) there would be no need for "political correctness" and a child with a sore knee could get a cast. Seriously people, political correctness has rotated out of control and become a joke.
