karate pants wrong size!?

My pants were used karate, so my dad bought me new ones. We century. Them came and washed, and then gave them to me. Seemed shorter than my old, so I've endured and found that they were almost an inch shorter! Then I looked the label and realized they were from the waist down! Can we return, even if washed and plastic? What do we do with them?
