Any advise would be helpful. Heart condition and it is to hard to function sometimes. read on….?

I have Orthostatic Hypotention, also known as P.O.T.S. Positional Orthastatic Tachycardia Syndrome. So doing daily living things is hard because my heart races and causes my ears to ring, my vision to go black, my legs to give out and I know I have to lay down before I fall. My family helps the best they can but there are things I still do-scrub the toilets, shower, bath etc. I just want to be able to walk up my stairs without my heart rate going into the 100’s. I want to take a shower without a bath seat in case I get week. I can’t exercise, I use a walker and I will be 35 next month. There are no medications for this so far since it doesn’t really effect the blood pressure-until recently. I know the usuall stuff, counslers, have family help more etc. I am looking for some ways to cope, not get things done.
Any advise would be great.

wow 35 is so young this really sucks dealing with a heart condition at this age is VERY hard i was diagnosed with heart failure at 36 single with 2 kids but you know what it works out i also broke my hip when my diffibulator went off that sucked but again you cope you cuss you scream you cry then you say all right this is it make the best of it and you will oh i also turned to God i know everybody says that but when you think theres nowhere else to turn you do it and it helps
