comfortable, knee high boots to walk?

I am visiting friends in San Francisco this weekend, and I'm looking for some good walking shoes. I previously published about the apartments, but I love it ~ $ 100 … so you can get more for my money and to consider very walkable knee boots rather high! I prefer a low-ish heel (I'm 5'4 "and want a bit of convenient height, lol.) Wedge heel has a tendency to respond my sense of balance. all free online ideas Overnite shipping and / or recommended brands?
