How I can sleep in a better position?
Each night, as I can remember (I'm 13) was sleeping in strange. My movement more frequently when my head kind of digging at the corner of my wall. Second, crouching in a kind of ball under my duvet. And finally, sleep under my down comforter instead of sleeping with a part of my body exposed. During the last two days of my neck really hurt me, and there is no doubt that is caused by the way I sleep at night if I go to sleep with a neck brace, trying not to strain my neck again. I want to become accustomed to sleep in my bed, his head discovered and me (not hunched). Honestly, I do not know how to control my sleeping position because I'm sleeping and unaware of what I do. Although due to this position (I think), I wake up maybe 2-3 times a night which is very annoying to have to go to school the next day. Thanks, Sleeping happy;)
I do not understand why you are so confused. You and you alone are responsible for your sleeping position. Finding a way to do this properly, because I can say that nobody cares to "spoil" a 13-year-old.
