Posture Corrector Back

Can anyone recommend a good posture correction?
I have only 27 and have had upper back pain for about two months. A few days are worse than others. The pain is on both sides of the spine and depending on how I intend flows strain into the back of my shoulders. I bet it's a bad position. I really did not show and I have to start. Is there anything there that can help?
Well, one of my friends had a similar problem. Her doctor told her to put two strips of tape on the back and organize them to form a steep X from his shoulders and ending in the lower back. She always complained was disturbed by how, but from what I saw, it significantly increases its position. She did not do, so I can not say what the end result was. Hope that helps!
