How I can correct my terrible posture?
My shoulders fall forward and back bends. I have a pain in my back. I can not put this to me it a little sit / stand upright. I tried for years and is really uncomfortable and natural. I feel I stick my chest and it's really strange to me. I have to solve this problem. I'm not a big chest, so I do not know if these things support for me. Would you join with yoga? Going to a chiropractor? Lord, Sir, basically just said, standing against the wall practice with shoulders back, but I need more than that. ANY Help would be greatly appreciated.
Jennah, posture is a reflection of how we feel internally. So the first thing to do for a change in posture is to begin to think better of yourself. Once you begin to think better position it will start to improve. Some things are simple things you can do to improve your posture. Stand against a wall. Place feet against the wall and then the shoulders. Now, try putting lower back on the wall. Back as close to the wall. Now, try putting your head on the wall. This can be difficult, but try it. Now the foot wall and is better. To do this, as many times a day as possible. Another old trick is to wall around the house with a book in the head. When the head is rendered in the rest of the body goes. Of course you can try Pilates and yoga to help, but I think if you can start an exercise class that greater effect on your posture. Girls do not get big and muscular, but become tones and in the hands of someone who knows what you are doing your posture will improve. If all else fails see a physiotherapist for help.
