Does anyone know of any organization or program that donates electric wheelchairs?

My father has suffered a heart disease and accident stroke in the last ten years years.He has been using a cane and a wheelchair, but completely empty after only a few minutes.He of 50 + years on disability can not afford to buy a scooter shop and your doctor would not approve it because it depends on who does nothing, but that is the reason that really needed to go out and enjoy life instead of being too afraid to go to the door.She not understand that if I can not see how suffering.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure the guys name, but when it comes to power, we consistently show here in New Zealand, there was a boy black who ran an organ donation chairs.Don wheel do not know if they were fed on time or not.Log Power.org Or is it a charity where you live?
