Precision Xtra puncture topics?

I have a system today and showed Precision Xtra General information on how to use it, how connect information, etc, but I have some questions that the nurse could not not respond. First, nobody knows if the puncture that comes with this system can be used to test anywhere else? The box the kit comes with a plug for another test, but the book says that to test alternative location, you need a puncture different. Someone also tested using the exact puncture? Besides, what exactly is the number on the adjustment wheel for puncture? Nurse told me to use only one setting, but I have curiosity. Thanks everyone!

the number of the adjusting wheel lancet noticed how come, with 1 being the lowest. If you have a thick skin, you may need more – plus the insertion of the lancet. I tried it on my arm with the lancing device itself but with the cover, I hope helped!
