LAP group w / UPMC health insurance?
Has anyone had the band surgery LAP UPMC health insurance? What is your rate body mass should be? I read online that most companies require a BMI of 40 or a BMI of 35 with a blood pressure or cholesterol. I am a BMI of 35 and was wondering if there is no way that this insurance coverage (I have a great BP and cholesterol). I called the insurance company and doctor it will only valuable information.
