Is my blood pressure too low?

I have always had fairly low blood pressure. The last several months I have noticed that I feel dizzy or light headed when I stand up. It has been getting worse and worse. I never faint but I often get black dots coming from my periphery and may have to sit back down or lean against something. It usually clears in about 15 seconds. I got my blood pressure today at one of those automated cuffs at CVS and it said 105/58. Is there such a thing as too low? My heart rate was normal at 78. Do I need to see a doctor? I am a 24 year old female in general good health, I exercise about 3 times a week at the gym, walk 1 mile to school and back every day.

Its low, but its not too low. It seems fine, maybe relax on the exercise a bit, and look into it.

Low blood pressure is generally fixed with a good diet. But it dosn’t look like its too low, and the heart rate is fine.

Id investigate it but keep in mind low blood pressure is far better then high blood pressure, some people would dream to have your symptoms.
