Different blood pressure readings?!
I can use the arm and wrist blood pressure monitors, wrist readings ~ 150/85 mmHg in the group is never above 135/85 mm Hg most of the time is 125/75 mmHg. Which is correct? I have metabolic syndrome. Thanks!
It depends on the accuracy of your pulse. Wrist machines are not always the most reliable, get yours check with your medical practice.
