How to tape my ankles football?

I broke my ankle some time ago (August). In June, I'm going to the football field for three days, which is full contact with pads. I just had my ankle is registered in my sock and put keys, and I wonder if there is an alternative to protect the ankle. I will not go too far in my spit tacos, I wonder if there is a kind of easy solution. I'm not sure without some form of protection in the ankle wrong.
