Doctor or nurse required. sunburn?

I have a really bad sunburn on the back of the legs .. is red, spots, and really like a light purple. This is not just red, and an opinion suggested it was a second degree burn. "I can send a picture if needed.

Apply cold compresses – cloth with ice in their control of the burn and inflammation or to be put in the fridge / freezer. You can also take aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen sodium (Aleve) for pain (according to the instructions) and inflammation. You can also bathe (cold water – * not * hot) in a little colloidal oatmeal (just bought a preparation of their local pharmacy). This will cool your legs as well. Do not rub the resident bathroom – just pat-dry with the towel. Will you stop soft oatmeal powder. Then, you can also apply calamine lotion (You must use the type of pink, not the kind of course) to help to control the burning / itching, too. Also drink plenty of fluids. Do not over-hydration and your skin needs to breathe and release heat. (No use petroleum jelly, cocoa butter, or anything that thick.) Use a light moisturizer gel or light lotion if you want to use something other than coal. This is the best treatment, you can use against a sunburn. If the blisters and begins to infect anywhere, you should consult a physician.
