How long of stay increased blood pressure if you're stressed?

I know that stress increases blood pressure, but if you are stressed in the morning and things calm down, how long your blood pressure is affected?

In my experience, depends largely age and the nature of work. To be honest, when the day begins with the day's tension is affected, including efficiency. Stress is free until outside this environment, but still have the residual effect at home, against the anti-anxiety is necessary during sleep at night. Some people have the PA a few minutes during hours and take anti-anxiety using the office and looks completely normal. So much depends on the question of sensitivity, as well as any other illness base.
