I need a flow passage for my laptop Honda Accord?

I have a camp that can be difficult to access when water levels rise. My agreement does not have much ground clearance. I'm looking for a ramp / gateway solution that could range from 6 to 8 feet in length. Say, 10 to 12 inches tall that cover most scenarios.
