My dog may have swallowed a rechargeable battery?

I have a 10-pound dog could have ingested a button battery in the headset. Should I worry?

They are the worst kind, go to the vet. He has to remove it if it's there. Prognosis is not good for a battery left in it for kill. But do not worry, just * might * now, you will probably find the battery later – but to be on the safe side, a simple X-ray show if there, and can usually be met without having to open surgery.
