Recliner Lift

21 years and back pain?
My back still hurts. I have 21, I play some basketball, lift weights and do martial arts (just started). My back has been bad for years. It is not unbearable, but it is always difficult. It feels like my back should be broken all the time, and when I take the back of my head / neck to my chest while leaning, I can feel the tension grealty. I sleep in a recliner because if I sleep laying it hurts me too. The doctor said was "the wear and tear of the spine base." Any idea what this could be? I do not mind pain as long as you do not have to undergo surgery when Im older. Im going to the doc in a few weeks. Thanks
Well unapprioatly weight lifting can damage the back muscle. Meaning instead of Use your hamstrings and your back when using a simple mistake and dangerous in most indiviudals. Basketball can be a cause, you may have fallen and hurt his back. Options: you should try to change sent a message of pain. Try Advil or pain medications. Drinking green tea helps a lot. Wearing a back brace. Ask your doctor and see what he or she thinks.
