Causes pain in the lower back?

since September was up and down the back pain. just below the rib cage in the back area and radiates to the shoulder line. where the bone is. I had an ultrasound in October to examine the kidneys. was negative for tumors or stones or infection. urilysis returned very well. the coming and going is usually a few weeks and then goes and returns. for the last month i had the pain again. Now the back pain disappeared, but really the bottom right part of the bone waistline is pain. feels worse in this regard. what could be im panicking. I'm taking blood back in February that Epstein Barr suspects i. This would cause back pain. Im 23yrs male. no health problems at all, i workout 5 times a week. i been back and forth to the doctor several times this year for various things that all were negative. I do not want nothing. please help do u think it is a tumor or soemthing and were lost in the scanner. please help
