Problem Sprint Mobile Broadband?

I am using a Sprint wireless modem card Broband my computer and used to be fast now its slow. download speeds are around 30 kbps and download speeds are around 5Kbps. I'm in the coverage area and my reception is 4 bars full. Only I tried using it with EVDO and then just 1xrta then I tried with both. and its still slow. my card is opened in trifles, and above it and I get very good reception. goes sites and places of work, while to add something and just does not. Arent these sites down because I tried to my friends house and it worked. ideas about how make my internet faster? ima go back to Roadrunner, if I can not get this shit working * t.
