Hard movable lump after bad bruise?

a month ago i was riding the gas powered motor scooter and i was kicking up a hill racing my friend when i hit my back left ankle. there eas no black and blue spot but it was red and puffy. then a week later a felt a big lump that was movable and when I pressed on it it made a crunching like felling. but now a month later its just a hard movable lump. is it just a Hematoma

It’s definitely not a hematoma. Hematomas don’t move, and they are by no means solid. It could be a chunk of broken-off cartilage (on the pain scale this hurts more than a bruise but far less than a broken bone), which may require surgical removal to prevent an early onset of arthritis. You need to see a doctor, who should be able to identify the problem pretty quickly.
