Is this normal…will it go away (horses)?

I have had a mild chair seat for years and yesterday I had a riding lesson and my mom filmed it. I didn’t look horrible but it didn’t look good either…not to mention I didn’t feel really secure either. Later that night I got to thinking about it and I decided to fix it A.S.A.P. and when I say A.S.A.P. I mean like I want it fixed by tomorrow! LOL
So last night I spent hours hanging my heels off the stairs and doing two point there too. Plus lifting my leg back repeatedly to strengthen the backs of my legs to hold my leg back when I’m riding.
When I went out to ride today it was beautiful I have never felt this secure and looked so great! (Not braggin…just saying…lol) and now I can barley walk.
