Is there anyone who can help me again with bad motorcycle chondromalicia?

Hello. I am a bad knee ex rugby player and then ended the bike careers. Now I have chondromalacia very badly and can not travel more because shear occurring in the back of my knees. I can not run b / c of the fight, but I can run a little in this new turf. Has anyone advice to check the pain free bicycle. I feel like I tried everything, even a booster seat, shorter cranks, Speedplay pedals, orthopedic wedges, belt bridge, in addition to the cadence, etc. to pay a mill running again.

Cycling is usually good for people with problems knee. It is for me. However, not all the time. You seem to have made any adjustments "fixed" to relieve the pain. One last thing you can try before a visit to the doc. Be careful when you ride your lap in. Your knees should be about inch top tube when riding. A guy I know tried this and disappeared pain. Maybe it will work for you too. So maybe a week of the bike and help. It can not hurt to try (no pun).
