Are the seats in the risers behind the baskets at a basketball game considered good or bad seats?

I want to buy some Lakers vs. Golden State Warrior tickets for my boyfriend for his birthday. The best available are right behing the baskets and and they cost a little over $200. I just want to make sure the $200 will be worth it. I want him to enjoy his seats.
And they are seats right behind the floor seats if that makes any difference.

Yeah, they are good seats. You will get an up-close view of the action when the play is on that end of the floor. The only negative is that you won’t have the best view when the ball is at the other end of the court. Overall, they are quality seats and your boyfriend will be very happy.

You might consider looking into seats that are closer to mid-court somwhere in the lower level. You probably won’t get as close to the players, but you will have a better perspective of the entire court. It’s just a matter of personal preference.
