Who makes the best vans with disabilities?

We are in the market to buy a van with a lift, I was studying Dodge Sprinter, but say they are reducing their size, good for carrying things, but not a luxury ride. The truck must be large enough to accommodate the driver passenger seat, followed by two passenger seats, enough room for a wheelchair lock and a rear cargo ramp. Any ideas?
