Change in Diet?

I wanted to see if anyone could give me any weight loss suggestions. In the past 7 months I’ve lost about 50 pounds. I’m 5′7, 193 pounds. The last couple weeks my diet has consisted on Cheerios- 150 cals
Lean Pocket- 220 cals
Pretzels Per Sev- (2)110 Cals
Lean Cuisine Dinner- 300cals
Apple (2)
100 Cal Snack

and 45 mins Tredmil daily.

I went from last week a size 34 fitting to them feeling tight this week. I don’t know if my body is adjusting to what i’m eating and exercising. I know I need to increase my workout time but I feel like I’m getting stuck at this stagnate weight loss stage. Any Suggestions

wheres your protein? eat a more blanced diet insted of carbs. carbs turn into blood sugar when your muscles dont need the sugars its stores as fat… cut the carbs and eat some protein.
